Hungry in Littlestown, but don't know where to go? Skip the Mcdonald's (nothing against McD's of course!) and head over to Dutterer's Family Restuarant for some home-style cooking. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have something on the menu for basically anyone that loves food. Seriously though...everyone in your family should be able to find something to eat here regardless of how picky they are!
Dutterer's Family Restaurant has been open for 14 years and counting and is a true family-run old-fashioned diner. The menu has a multitude of options from hotcakes, biscuits, and gravy, and grits for breakfast to fried oysters, chicken cheesesteak, and beer-battered haddock for dinner. They also have a kid's menu for ages 12 and under and include the usual kid fare like hot dogs, mac and cheese, grilled cheese, chicken tenders, and chicken legs. Kid's meals also include a scoop of ice cream!
The best part of Dutterer's Family Restaurant? They serve breakfast all day! That is my kind of diner! Also, always be sure to save room for dessert. Dutterer's has some phenomenal homemade pies. Grab a slice or the whole darn pie and share some with the family!
